Ashley Perry-Owner/Lead Artist
Hi! I’m so happy you‘re here. My name is Ashley Perry the owner behind PERRY&CO. Im a mama to a beautiful boy name kaleb. I became a mom at the young age of 19 and i wouldn’t have it any other way. Being a young mom I really didn’t have any time to focus on my personal goals. I was just trying to figure out the whole mom thing. It wasn't until my son was 5 and a lot of life reflection for me to finally take the chance on pursuing my dream of becoming a professional makeup artist.
Ever since i was a little girl I knew makeup would be a huge part of my life. I loved the confidence it gave me and it allowed me to be creative. I wanted to share that with the world. In 2018 I graduated from The Beauty Factory with honours. From there I hit the ground running. I’ve worked assisting huge makeup artists like colourmeartistry. I’ve signed contracts with beauty brands like Pure Anada & Niya Beauty. I’ve done 2 seasons of stage makeup at body building competitions across canada. Most recently I was the lead makeup artist on a short film. The growth of my business has allowed me to employee 3 other makeup artists and help support them on their journeys + accommodate the high volume of inquires.
Theres times I have to pinch myself because I can’t believe that Im living out my dream. Whats even better is that my son gets to watch me do it & hopefully I not only inspire him but others to chase their dreams too. It hasn’t been an easy ride but I couldn’t imagine feeling fulfilled doing anything else then making all my clients feel and look their absolute best.

Susanne Wiese | Makeup Associate
Hi, my name is Susanne Wiese, i go by Susi though, and makeup is my passion! Ever since I've been 15 years old I've loved to play around with makeup. I remember when most teenagers were watching tv shows and movies, I watched makeup tutorials on YouTube, my most watched youtubers were Carli bybel, nikkitutorials, Kelly struck, Nicole guerriero and Mikaela Nogueria.
In 2021 I finally built up the courage to start my professional makeup career and started to work along side Ashley! I will be forever grateful to her for giving me the opportunity to work with her and perfect my makeup skills and techniques.
I truly cannot wait to see where this journey will take me! I'd like to thank all of you guys in advance for trusting me with all your beautiful faces! I can't wait to work with you guys!

Hi everyone my name is Aliyah and I’ve been doing make up for about three years now. I’ve always been very passionate about make up and making people feel beautiful and in 2019 I took the leap to become certified and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve done a variety of makeup for photo shoots , grads, birthdays ,and weddings! I’m very adaptable and would love to help you and be a part of your special day in which ever way I can.
Elena Franklin | Makeup Associate
Hi!!! My name is Elena Franklin and I am very grateful to be apart of Perry & Co. My interest in makeup sparked when I was very young as I was fully immersed in the musical theatre and dance world. Stage makeup was the regular and I decided to take it a step further and finally become certified back in 2021. Since then I have become certified in skincare, classic lash extensions and I am currently working towards my special FX makeup certificate. Being a bridal and event makeup artist is something I hold very near and dear to my heart. I feel so fortunate to help people feel like their most beautiful and authentic selves. My makeup style leans to the more natural side, intended to enhance the beauty that is already present. I absolutely love what I do!
